An example of enforcing dependency versions using a Gradle Version Catalog published to a Maven repository.
In this example service-a and service-b both have a dependency on the slf4j-api library. The version of the dependent library is not defined in the projects, but is
instead defined in the version-catalog project that both service projects import via settings.gradle
