Python script to shuffle images within a folder, for blind scoring of biology experiments, etc.
Download and install anaconda https://www.continuum.io/downloads
Add my channel, in the terminal type:
conda config --add channels https://conda.binstar.org/groakat
Install Image Shuffle with dependencies:
conda install image-shuffle
Install
- PySide
- pandas
- numpy
then install Image Shuffe with
pip install https://github.com/groakat/image-shuffle/archive/master.zip
After installing the script, in OSX and Linux open a terminal and type
image_shuffle_gui
To start the graphical interface. A commandline interface is available via
image_shuffle
