Pip Wheel file for Tensorflow 1.0.1 with GPU support on Jetson TX2 without XLA. Built according to steps in https://syed-ahmed.gitbooks.io/nvidia-jetson-tx2-recipes/content/first-question.html but without XLA JIT support.
