Make people on Slack use threads instead of flooding the channels
When someone sends multiple messages under 30 seconds, the bot will send them a private message asking to use a single message instead.
Remind everyone to always use thread when possible
This is a more fun and less intrusive way to remind someone about the Thread Culture.
