This repository provides a keyboard layout for Windows that mimics the macOS PT-PT keyboard layout. It includes a .klc file that can be used with Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator to build and install the keyboard layout.
- Download and install Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator.
- Clone or download this repository to your local machine.
- Open the
windows-pt-macos.klcfile in Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator. - Click on the "Project" menu and select "Build DLL and Setup Package".
- Choose a location to save the output files.
- Run the setup file to install the keyboard layout on your Windows machine.
After installing the keyboard layout, you can switch to it using the language bar or the keyboard shortcut Left Alt + Shift. The keyboard layout includes all of the keys from the macOS PT-PT keyboard layout, including the special characters and accents.
