Tiny Java-program to change your desktop picture every now and then (or, make GIF-looking desktop animations).
PICTURE_FOLDER (default: C:/picture_folder): specifies the desired picture folder to get pictures from.
CHANGE_PICTURE_RATE_MILLIS (default: 60000): specifies how often the pictures should change.
LOOP_AMOUNT (default: 100): specifies how many times the program should loop through all the pictures.
