ImageMagick, FFmpeg and Mapshaper magic

Three set of exercises here:

  1. Take a video and convert it to a grid
  2. Take a pdf and convert it to a grid. Or a gif!
  3. Make maps using mapshaper in the commandline, convert it to png and then gif it! Or make small multiples!

What you should have installed

  1. ImageMagick
  2. FFmpeg
  3. Mapshaper
  4. SVG Export
