ClassExtender (or ClassX) is an Education Support System (ESS) that serves as a means of communication between students and teachers. Messages are sent in real time and can be composed by formatted text and hand-free writing.
The 1.0 version was presented at the “HP (Hewlett Packard) Technology for Teaching Worldwide Higher Education Conference” workshop on February 2009, San Diego, California.
