Order files alphabetically in VFAT partitions on MP3 reproductors.
Install Python in your operating system (in currently GNU/Linux versions Python is intalled by default).
Copy the py_mp3_order_files.py file into the root directory in your mp3 player.
Make a new music folder and add directories and subdirectories with your audio files (you can change this folder name into py_mp3_order_files.py script).
Execute the py_mp3_order_files.py script to reorder the audio files.
