Collect-Imagery

This directory contains two notebooks:

  1. Exploratory Data Analysis to Visualize and Evaluate Cloud Masking Functions
  2. Batch processing and exporting ~100 gb of imagery using these functions.

Explore-Features

This notebook uses Geowombat and EarthPy to map, analyze, and calculate NDVI for the two specified regions in Malawi.

Predict-Land-Cover

Using geowombat, scikit-learn, and training data prepared in QGIS, this notebook develops unsupervised and supervised models to predict land cover and land use in Chilumba, Malawi. This city is part of the Northern ROI in the other notebooks.
