実行に sudo を付ける必要があるのが嫌．
原因は subfact_pi_ina219 ライブラリ側にあるが， どこを修正すればよいのか，そもそもノーマルユーザでも I2C 通信が可能なのかどうかは不明．

原因は Python の smbus ライブラリ側にある．
現状，I2C 通信を Python で行う場合，sudo は必須．
