Inverted Zipato Shutter micromodule motor controller device type handler for SmartThings (~Philio PAN08)

This device type handler (DTH) is created for Zipato's in-wall micromodule motor controller device (~Philio PAN08). It is only required if the windowshade positions are inverted. This can happen due to incorrect wiring. A better permanent fix can be found under the troubleshooting section of the documentation here: https://www.zipato.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/ph-pan08-Zipato-Micro-Module-Motor-Controller-User-Manual-v1.4.pdf

TLDR: SWAP NO1 AND NC1 wires to see if that fixes the issue before using this DTH
