Usage: This program will create a specified number of threads that will atomically count to a specified number. The user can specify the number of threads and the number the threads will count up to, but the program has defaults values.
Compilation: This program has been compiled and tested on an Apple system using "Apple clang version 12.0.0". To compile this program I type and to execute I type <./a.out user_input1 user_input2>. User input 1 specifies the number of threads, and user input 2 specifies the number the threads should count to. Both user inputs are optional.
Known Bugs: There are no known bugs with this program.
