To start with

This script is a good starting point: NeuromicsCellDetection/ExampleScripts/pipeline_example.m

Dependency:

• GUI layout toolbox： https://uk.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/47982-gui-layout-toolbox/

Matlab compatability:

• Matlab 2014b or later is required (because of the GUI system)
• Matlab 2017a or later is recommended
