This repository contains the input files and R/Python scripts for multiple model run and analysis for RE-biodiversity-nexus scenarios study.
Redistribution of the forest registers, which were used for initializing landscapes, are restricted by the Forest Management Bureau of Hokkaido Prefecture. Requests to access the datasets should be directed to the bureau: https://www.rinya.maff.go.jp/hokkaido/keikaku/map/map.html (in Japanese)
The species parameters and calibration procedure can be found in the supplementary materials.
