Banner about ad blocker issue with affiliations endpoint

As you can see here -- easylist/easylist#1529 -- we have a problem with Ad Blockers blocking the affiliations endpoint of ESI. It was supposed to be fixed but it's still an issue. I hope to have it sorted out soon.
In the meantime it would be great to have a banner explaining the situation.

I need confirmation but is seems to be fixed now.
