A reproducible paper describing the MIAmaxent R package
The file 'miamaxent-ms.Rmd' is an R markdown file that can be knitted to reproduce the full manuscript, including all code and analyses. To reproduce the manuscript as printed, ensure that the R session matches 'sessionInfo.txt'. All other files are auxillary files used by the R markdown file.
