Script material to complement work in thesis.
Scripts for data processing, including raw sequence preparation, filtering and demultiplexing, clustering, chimera detection, dereplication, taxonomy assignment, differential abundance testing, metabolic capability prediction and general data manipulation have been separated out and hosted externally for reference.
The version accessions provided correspond to the version of each file submitted for this thesis. These accessions uniquely identify both the script and the the script version, allowing the corresponding files to be provided for posterity, alongside updates and/or revisions where applicable.
Intent is to find time to make the lastest dataset into a easy markdown object - for the meantime however, served for provision.
