gem5 .sm file SE mode에서 MESI를 정의하기 위한 파일. cache.sm은 cache controller를 위한 state machine dir.sm은 directory controller를 위한 state machine x86-ubuntu-run FS mode에서 MESI를 돌리기 위한 파일 Two level cache hierarchy를 이용하였음.
