Bookshelf API

This is a RESTful API for managing books in a bookshelf. It allows users to perform CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations on the books in the bookshelf.

Getting Started

To get started with the API, follow these steps:

  2. Install the dependencies: npm install

  3. Set up the MongoDB database. You can use a local installation or a cloud-based service such as MongoDB Atlas.

  4. Create a .env file in the root directory of the project, and add the following environment variables:
