Issue with generating mappability

Hi,
I guess I have an issue similar to #47 . After executing the script, I do not obtain the result I was expecting. Concretely, the last column (the mappability one) does not appear in the output of gccount. However, I do not see any error messages and gccount does output a log message saying the mappability has been included.
Could you indicate which versions of gem and gccount you are using? Could you even indicate from where you obtained said versions?
