notifyMe when haspre went down or whatever
This uses ntfy.sh to send messages to a defined topic (set as github secret) when a defined site (also github secret) goes down. Checks every now and then using github actions cron trigger.
github seems to deactivate scheduled workflows of 'inactive' repositories from time to time...
