Here are the bootstrap scripts to create launch configuration for JOC and CJE.
Pre-Req: Create an EBS volume for JOC and CJE instances. Ensure that volumne is formatted and jenkins directory exist within it.
Replace: VOL_ID Add access_key and access_id from AWS account.
