Distribution conditions of Apace license not met

Closed this issue · 2 comments

Hi!

When preparing a package of your software for Debian, it appeared to us that the software does not meet the requirements imposed by the license Apache you chose. Indeed, article 1 of the license contains:

"Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or Object form,
made available under the License, as indicated by a copyright notice that is
included in or attached to the work (an example is provided in the Appendix
below).

However, there is no such copyright notice in the source code (neither in the gem, nor in the code available on github).

Could you please release a new version in which you would add such a notice? Thanks very much for your understanding.

Cheers,

Cédric

[edit] : sorry. I cited the wrong extract in a first version.

I will fix...sorry for the delay. Thanks for pointing out the issue.

.

I have added source headers to interesting files and pushed a new version
of the gem (0.0.3) that includes all files from the git repo.
