This is a final project for CS540 Database Management System (2017 Winter in Oregon State University) . We first use Scrapy to crawl house renting information on Craigslist in Corvallis. After implementing MySQL to join and project on two schemas, we trained a Linear Regression and a Neural Network to fit the data. The scores are 69% and 73% respectively.
