Installation

1. Clone the Repository

First, clone the project repository from GitHub:

git clone https://github.com/hemant-i7/talentlink.git

2. Navigate to the Project Directory

Move into the project directory:

cd talentlink

3. Install Dependencies

Install the required dependencies using npm or yarn:

npm install

yarn install

4. Set Up Environment Variables

Create an .env file in the root directory of the project and add the following environment variables:

NEXT_PUBLIC_CLERK_PUBLISHABLE_KEY=your_publishable_key
CLERK_SECRET_KEY=your_secret_key
NEXT_PUBLIC_CLERK_SIGN_IN_URL=/sign-in
NEXT_PUBLIC_CLERK_SIGN_UP_URL=/sign-up
NEXT_PUBLIC_CLERK_AFTER_SIGN_IN_URL=/dashboard
NEXT_PUBLIC_CLERK_AFTER_SIGN_UP_URL=/dashboard
MONGODB_URI=mongodb+srv://your_username:your_password@your_cluster.mongodb.net/?retryWrites=true&w=majority&appName=your_app_name

Replace your_publishable_key, your_secret_key, your_username, your_password, your_cluster, and your_app_name with your actual values.

5. Run the Development Server

Start the development server:

npm run dev

yarn dev

The application will be running at http://localhost:3000.
