Contains files, scripts, and figure outputs for ECL projects.
Results are for specific papers are in designated folders.
Note that many of the input files, genomes, and intermediate results are >40mb in size, and so are not in this directory. As such, some scripts WILL NOT RUN unless this data is added.
A simple shell script to locate any files over 40mb in the git repositiory and list them in the .gitignore.
