Project Description

This project generate customer clusters for the international service provider Arvato with the goal of optimizing customer outreach for a mail order company.

The project is combined with 3 parts:

  1. Load the data and apply dimensionality reduction techniques;
  2. Implement clustering algorithms to segment customers;
  3. Find the strongest customer group by comparing clustered customer data to demographics data;

Dataset Description

The dataset used for this project is provided by Arvato and is not allowed to be presented here. For more information about the features used, please refer to the file Data_Dictionary.md.
