Scrolling navigation controller for iOS 7.x with slide-up transitions. It uses UICollectionView under the hood and currently supports vertical sliding.
CocoaPods is the recommended way to add HTKScrollingNavigationController to your project.
- Add a pod entry for HTKScrollingNavigationController to your Podfile
pod 'HTKScrollingNavigationController', '~> 0.0.2'
- Install the pod(s) by running
pod install
. - Include
HTKScrollingNavigationController.h
where you wish to use it. - Include the category
UIViewController+HTKScrollingNavigationControllerAdditions.h
so your viewControllers can access the self.scrollingNavigationController property.
// Initial setup and presentation
UIViewController *sampleController = [[UIViewController alloc] init];
// pass sampleViewController as root
HTKScrollingNavigationController *navController = [[HTKScrollingNavigationController alloc] initWithRootViewController:sampleController];
// show "modally" using helper. (optional, but recommended)
[navController showInParentViewController:self withDimmedBackground:YES];
// Push new controller
UIViewController *sampleViewController = [[UIViewController alloc] init];
[self.scrollingNavigationController pushViewController:sampleViewController animated:YES];
// Pop existing controller
[self.scrollingNavigationController popViewControllerAnimated:YES];
// Dismiss (optional)
[self.scrollingNavigationController dismissFromParentControllerAnimated:YES];
v0.0.1: Initial project commit v0.0.2: Added in functionality so if a cell contains a UITextField, or UITextView, it will scroll up when keyboard is present so it is not covered. Also a few bug fixes, and a new delegate for dismissal if you use the helper methods.
