MERNIS is an authentication service.

MERNIS setup for Intellij IDEA

  1. File -> Settings -> Plugins -> Search for EASYWSDL Generator and download.
  2. Create a module in your application -> right click -> add web service.
  3. Service link -> https://tckimlik.nvi.gov.tr/Service/KPSPublic.asmx?WSDL
  4. Finish.
