How do I know API changed?

Could someone help me to understand how do I know JS Maps API has changed?
Did not find any info on that in FAQ section.
I'm aware of that page https://developer.here.com/documentation/maps/3.1.17.0/release_notes/index.html.
I would like to have a heads up about the new versions and the API deprecations via email for an instance. Does anyone have emails about that?

UPD: Got an answer from the HERE support team, which is said that technically by default the account owners even freemium once getting those emails.

Never got them, I believe they were lost in spam or whatever.
With that said I believe I can close this out.
