A sets of wrapper munki recipes of other people's with at least the following differences:
- MUNKI_PKGINFO_FILE_EXTENSION - rather than, by default, plist
- MUNKI_REPO_SUBDIR - to make a flat package repo
- CATALOG - testing as the default "catalogs" in pkginfos
