Separate Activity from Vault

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We want to move away from using Vault for managing secrets.
In order to do so, we need an alternative way of managing our secrets. For that, we are opting to use git-secret.io/

Acceptance Criteria

• Vault is no longer needed for managing secrets
• All the secrets are still available through Github Secrets and Git Secret
