This image is shows the self organizing( it is 2*2 feature map of Credit_Card_Applications.csv data) maps and the red circles represent the fraud feature and green blocks represents the Non fraud feature. the most important feature is denoted by white blocks as we can see in slide bar. if the circle is occure in this areas that is denoted by fraud people's details.and then we extract the details of all fraud people's and trained the model unsing Artificial neural network.
