Tested on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, but all components are cross platform.
Install directly from aptitude:
sudo apt-get install cmake libmsgpack-dev libzmq-dev libzmqpp-dev
sudo apt-get install redis-server libhiredis-dev libevent-dev libuv-dev
