3- Girilen sayıyı kontrol et / Check the entered number
4- Girilen sayı, doğru sayıdan fazla veya az ise ekrana arttır-azalt yaz / If the entered number is greater or less than the correct number, print "Increase-Decrease"
5- Doğru sayı, tahmin edilen sayı ile aynı ise ekrana "Tebrikler Kazandınız!" yaz / If the guessed number is the correct number, print "Congratulations, You Won!"
6- Tahmin edilen sayı, doğru sayı ile aynı değil ise 10 haktan düş / If the guessed number is not equal to the correct number, deduct one chance out of 10
7- Doğru sayıyı bulana kadar döngüyü tekrarla, doğru sayı 10 hak içerisinde bulunamazsa "Kazanamadınız, Tekrar Deneyiniz" yaz / Repeat the loop until the correct number is found within 10 chances; if the correct number is not found within 10 chances, print "You Lost, Try Again"
