Data not populating: Android

Hey all, the issue that I am currently facing on some android devices. The list does not populate on such devices, one example of the device is Huawei Redmi 12C.
The OS version is: 1.0.3.0.UCVMIXM
While the android version is: 14UP1A.231005.007
Data is populated on all iOS devices and almost all android devices except some exceptions like the one I have stated.
If someone could please help me in this, I would be very thankful.
