General support issues for the External Weather API service should be raised in the Google Groups weewx-user forum. The External Weather API service Issues Page should only be used for specific bugs in the External Weather API service code. It is recommended that even if an External Weather API service bug is suspected users first post to the Google Groups weewx-user forum.
