Note: pthreadGC2.dll is needed mathgl, which is built with an older gcc. The newer gcc use libwinpthread-1.dll, which is the same thing, but has a different name. I copied the dll over and renamed it to pthreadGC2.dll and things seem to work. If you had problems with this, know that this was done!
