Call Microsoft Speech API to generate speech and srt subtitle files from text. Supports error retry and breakpoint resume.

呼叫微軟語音 API，將文本生成語音與 srt 字幕文件。支援錯誤重試與斷點續傳。

rewrite.py

Call the openai api, input the txt file, and generate the pseudo-original rewritten txt. Supports error retry and breakpoint resume.
