Error Matching Tab ID to Firestore onSnapshot Listener

Background consistently throws an error that there's an error invoking the tabs.sendMessage procedure when we set up the annotations listener from the Sidebar. Probably when we retool the way that broadcasting updates work (issue #110 ), we can retool this issue as well. I'm pretty sure they're related.
