[Documentation] Write Developer Guide for Wiki

For people who want to continue developing our simulation, we should write a guide, for them to know what is happening, for example: what do they need to think of when they deploy the network architecture?
This could probably mostly be the README.
So we could make the README a bit smaller (maybe more closer to the Quick Start Guide? se #490)

• add a new Marketplace
• add a new Agent
• deployment of the network architecture
