Development plan
- Add printint of short help when called without args
- Add printing of a flat list with URL and subject, for Jenkins and merge request
- Add handling dependent patches (with #1 in the subj)
- Add handling of cherry-picks
- Implement bulk edit at least for the Patch-set-lock label
