In Kali Nethunter it works, if you use it in Kali, Ubuntu, Debian, etc. it works.
I tried proot and it didn't work, search the internet for how to install Ubuntu in Termux, run it and run zphisher there. If you have root on Android you can use zphisher directly with termux without Ubuntu or something similar. For me in termux at first it worked well but not anymore, maybe it works like this:

pkg install tur-repo
pkg install zphisher
zphisher
