Radiomics pipeline for feature extraction from radiographic images

All the features are compliant to IBSI standard. Algorithms to compute the radiomic features were mainly derived from Aerts et al. (1), Vallieres et al. (2), and Zwanenburg et al. (3). We reused code from Martin Vallières's repo of radiomics (4):
