This project is going to be a crate for rust. it will be a wrapper for the REST api provided by plivo.
How to contribute
- install Git Flow
- start a feature either: pertaining to a specific item in the dev board or a decriptive name for a new feature. You should try and limit the scope of a feature so multiple people can work on the same area.
