David-Wynn: Miller's (that is first-name: David, middle-name: Wynn, family-name: Miller; with a possession claim) communications technology, so-called: CORRECT-SENTENCE-STRUCTURES-COMMUNICATION-PARSE-SYNTAX-GRAMMAR-PERFORMANCE, is the "de facto": factual communications language of all speaking peoples of the Earth. Miller's language can also be translated to all other earth languages with unparalleled accuracy.
The features of the fictional communications language are fact-modifications, lies, trickery, confusion and deceit. Most people don't know these facts, and are therefore trapped in a "fictional world" which only exists in their own mind, though they may share common thoughts, ideas and theories between themselves, with a smattering of facts here and there, it is no different than two people having the same knowledge of a "movie", "comic book", "theatrical play" and the like. Basically, what they believe to be true; indeed what they believe the real world is, does not amount to any facts of the real world: whatsoever.
Thoughts, theories, and "ideas" are not of this world[they only exist in your mind], facts however are the only thing within our world which carry any material substance. Therefore facts are the only thing we can rely on for certainty, choice making, documentation of the laws and technological developments.
