Firstly all prerequisites must be installed.Next, inside folder /fabcar we must run "npm install" to install all required packages. Afterwards, we can start server by running "npm start". Next we need to start docker and when started we can start blockchain network by executing restart.sh file inside fabcar. Website can be accessed on localhost:3000
