This project intend to test some basic features of apache cassandra, like:
- write to a simple column family
- read from a simple column family
- updates a specific column value
- increment and decrement distributed counters
- get counter value
2012-05-21 - Updated Hector to support Cassandra 1.0.x versions
2011-10-14 - New support for cassandra: 0.8.x
Tested with cassandra version: 0.8.7
