Simulation should assert when invalid brlat are chosen

Hi

Currently only brlat values of 1 and 3 are supported in PSL. However PSLSE has no issues with the value of 2, even though this causes HW failure. Can the simulation raise an exception if an invlaid value of brlat is applied on the PSL interface?
